They simply have the best beds and pillows.

Very helpful and friendly staff and a good value I enjoyed the restful atmosphere.

On arrival, the room smelled like a smoking room. I was told this was a non-smoking room and the clerk offered air freshener which I declined - he then told me not to worry, they wouldn't charge me extra for the odor! Spacious hotel, friendly staff, good looking food, and location simplicity make this hotel a good bet.

This is a hotel that is striving to be a hip but business-class hotel. It misses the mark in both cases. Not widely, but it is not quite up to the being even an entry-level Starwood property. But in my limited experience with 2 or 3 other four points hotels, this one was similar - an older facility, re-done but only redone skin deep. And with managements that do not seem to be terribly sharp or customer-focused. As a Priceline customer, I know this hotel was well better than what I would have gotten paying the same amount at retail at a Super 8 (yes, my Priceline bid was that low).
